1.Introduction of Can Lid Cutting Machine:

 Functions of the can slitting machine:

The can slitting machine can feed cans sequentially into the inlet and cut off both ends simultaneously, separating the iron and aluminum. A switch allows for cutting from either end of the can. The advantage of this model is that one machine performs the function of two, incorporating both double-sided and single-sided cutting, making it economical and practical. It automatically cuts off the lids (mouths) and bottoms of various aluminum cans simultaneously,smooth cutting, producing a clean cutting. It is a device for the recycling of tinplate.

 Applications of the Fully Automatic Can Slitting Machine:

 This machine primarily separates the lids or bottoms of various cans (such as small Want Want cans; coconut juice, coffee, and Lulu cans; Want Want milk and Red Bull cans; and Heqizheng and Wanglaoji cans, etc.) directly from the can body (the aluminum lid and aluminum frame are separated together, not cut off). The frame and internal structure of this product (automatic can cutting machine) are made of thickened steel, processed, cut, molded, and CO-welded. Moving parts are precision-machined on a CNC lathe, and the internal support is made of a single piece of sheet metal processed by wire EDM. Wear parts are made of high-quality materials, ensuring the product's robustness. All parts are fixed with screws, making maintenance and parts replacement more convenient and faster for users.

 Features of the Fully Automatic Can Slitting Machine:

1. After peeling off both ends (bottom), the can body retains its original length and can be recycled.

2. The peeled aluminum cap contains no iron residue, increasing the profit margin of both the cap and the can body.
