The fully automatic paper tube slitting machine is a modern paper product processing equipment integrating intelligent control, automatic operation, and high-precision cutting. It is specifically designed for fixed-length slitting of various paper tubes and cores, and is widely adaptable to the production needs of packaging, textiles, printing, building materials, and other industries.Core Functions
• Fully Automated Process: Equipped with an automatic feeding, positioning, slitting, and unloading system, it operates through the coordinated action of a drive motor, hydraulic rod, and threaded rod, eliminating the need for continuous manual intervention and significantly reducing labor costs.
• High-Precision Slitting: Utilizing a servo motor drive and precision ball screw structure, combined with a tungsten steel cutter and semi-circular slitting groove positioning, the cutting accuracy reaches ±0.05mm (5 microns), resulting in a smooth, burr-free end face.
• Flexible Adaptability: Supports slitting requirements for paper tubes with an inner diameter of 25.4-152mm and a wall thickness of 3-15mm. Ten different widths can be set via a PLC touchscreen, with a minimum cutting width of only 3mm. Both the cutter and spindle support frequency conversion speed regulation.
• Intelligent Control: Integrates cutting count, speed display, and fault warning functions, supporting both centralized PLC touchscreen control and manual control modes for precise "what you see is what you get" operation.
• Applicable Fields: Covers the processing of various products including food packaging tubes, textile film cores, fire-resistant paper tubes for building materials, medical lining tubes, and decorative paper tubes; can cut paper tubes/PVC tubes/adhesive paper tubes/nylon tubes, etc.
