1: Product Description of Ice Cream Pasteurizer For Sale
The milk ice cream pasteurizer machine is a device specially designed for milk production, primarily for pretreatment processes such as mixing, sterilization, homogenization, and aging, which prepare it for subsequent freezing and molding. It is commonly used in ice cream shops, bakeries, and food service chains and is one of the key pieces of equipment for semi-automatic production.
The main functions of the ice cream pasteurizer machine:
1: Mixing and Stirring:
Evenly mix raw materials such as milk, cream, sugar, stabilizers, etc., to prevent lumps.
2: Heating and Sterilization:
Ensure food safety through pasteurization (72-75°C) or high-temperature flash sterilization (HTST).
3: Homogenization and Emulsification:
Break fat globules to achieve a delicate texture of the milk suspension and prevent stratification or graininess of the finished ice cream.
4: Cooling and Aging:
Quickly cool to approximately 4°C after sterilization and maintain at this temperature for several hours to promote fat crystallization and stabilizer hydration.
