1.Product introduction of Self-service Helmet Dry Cleaning Machine :
The self-service helmet dry cleaning machine primarily provides riders with a convenient helmet cleaning service. It uses dry cleaning or micro-steam technology to clean, sterilize, and deodorize the inner and outer surfaces of the helmet with little or no water. The machine is usually equipped with a touchscreen and multiple payment methods, supporting 24-hour self-service.
The machine completes the helmet care process through a series of automated steps, the main steps of which are as follows:
1. Selection and Payment: Users select a cleaning mode on the touchscreen and complete payment via coins, banknotes, QR codes, or card swiping.
2. Helmet Placement: After successful payment, the compartment door opens automatically. Users place the helmet on the internal rotating tray or clamping assembly. The machine automatically detects whether the helmet is placed correctly and then closes the compartment door.
3. Cleaning and Disinfection: After startup, the machine performs the following core processes:
· Spray Cleaning: Spraying atomized cleaning liquid or high-temperature steam onto the inner and outer surfaces of the helmet to remove dirt. • Sterilization and Deodorization: Utilizes ultraviolet (UV) light or high-temperature steam for deep sterilization and odor removal.
• Rotation and Flipping: During the cleaning process, the helmet rotates and flips in multiple dimensions to ensure thorough cleaning.
4. Drying: Finally, a 40-60°C heated air system thoroughly dries the helmet, preventing residual moisture.
