1.Product introduction:
This sterilizer is a rapid and reliable disinfection and sterilization equipment for articles using pressure saturated steam, which is suitable for medical and health undertakings, scientific research, agriculture and other units. Disinfection and sterilization of medical equipment, dressings, glassware, solution cultures, etc. It is also suitable for high-quality drinking water for high-altitude food steaming equipment and enterprises and institutions, and it can also be used as high-temperature steam source equipment.

- Handwheel type quick opening door safety interlocking device structure (in accordance with the requirements of Article 49 of the Pressure Vessel Safety Technical Supervision Regulations)
- Material: The shell of the pot body and the inner cavity are made of high-quality stainless steel SUS304, which is resistant to acid, alkali and corrosion
- Microcomputer intelligent automatic control
- Pressure safety interlock device, over-temperature automatic protection device
- Self-expanding sealing ring, automatically discharge cold air
- Overpressure self-venting, low water level alarm, automatic control of water cut
- Temperature range (109-135℃), sterilization time range (4-120min), drying time range (dry after sterilization) (30-240min)
- Internal circulation exhaust type, with 3 liter gas cylinder
- Automatic water intake, heat sterilization, steam drainage and drying.
- Buzzer reminds and automatic shutdown after work.
Working flows:
- The sterilization temperature drops to 102℃ to release steam and drain.
- Steam and drain after sterilization and sterilization.
