1: Product Description of Dry Ice Blaster

The dry ice cleaning machine is a type of cleaning machine. The dry ice cleaning method has developed rapidly globally. The cleaning system is sprayed with the dry ice particles of the dry ice cleaning machine through the high -pressure air to the working surface that needs to be cleaned. The physical reactions of the temperature difference are used to remove off different substances at different shrinkage speeds. When the dry ice particles of -78 degrees Celsius are exposed to the surface of the dirt, a crispy explosion will cause dirt to shrink and loosen, and the dry ice particles will instantly
gasify and expand 800 times to generate strong stripping power, then it will quickly fall off from the surface of the object, so as to achieve a fast, efficient, safe, and energy -saving cleaning effect.

Application:

1:Industry Mould such as Tire molds, rubber molds, polyurethane molds, polyethylene molds, PET molds,foam molds, injection molding molds, alloy die -casting molds, casting hot core boxes, cold core boxes,can clear the resin, failure decarcation layer, carbonized membrane agent, Oil pollution, open the exhaust holes, and the mold is as bright as new after cleaning.
2:Petrochemica: Washing the main fan, air pressure machine, hood, steam turbine, blower and other equipment,as well as various heating furnaces, reactors and other coke and charcoal.
